Lab Analysis Services

We provide blood and urine collection services in our lab, individual's home, office and workplace settings. Once blood and urine specimens are collected, we send them to appropriate lab for further processing and analysis. Upon lab testing completion, lab sends testing results to the clients or to the client's physician. Please be aware that the test interpretation can be done only by physician! We want to stress the fact that neither lab nor collection site are responsible for the tests interpretation. This is your personal choice how to use the lab test results; if there is a warning flag in your results, it is recommended to see your doctor who will make appropriate arrangements for you.

The most common lab tests include:

Glucose & Lipids profile:  Detects increased coronary risk through determining Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Ratios and Triglycerides and diabetes by glucose level

Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP): Assists in finding diabetes, liver damage, anemia, hepatitis, kidney diseases and more

Hemoglobin A1C shows an average history of one's blood elevated sugar levels over the past 2 to 3 months and is used along with home blood sugar monitoring to control effectiveness of diabetes medications and diet.

Prostate Specific Antigen: Aids in the early detection of prostate cancer

Complete Blood Count with Differential: Focuses on the immune system, including white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit and other related factors

TSH: Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) assesses Thyroid gland function

Dried Blood Spot Testing

Dried Blood Spot (DBS) testing pairs the convenience of fingerstick collection with the accuracy of lab based analysis. A lancet is used to prick the fingertip and the drops of blood are applied to the collection card. The sample is allowed to dry and shipped to the lab. This method provides a flexible solution to accommodate onsite group and at home screening scenarios. The sample is stable of 28 days after the collection date and provides more testing options compared to point of care fingerstick testing. Many of our clients utilize this not only as an alternative to point of care but in addition to onsite testing.
