In order to lose the weight, you need to consume LESS calories and burn off MORE calories. For example, let’s say you eat a snack that totaled in 150 calories; you would need to burn off the 150 calories from the snack plus more. The key is to increase the number of calories you burn.

STAY away from ingredients that include HIGH-FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP and that have a large amount of sodium or added sugars.
Lastly, drink plenty of water. Most of the time your body is thirsty and not hungry. So drink water before getting your hands on those snacks!
